Decision
By decision dated December 22, 2006, the Union was ordered to produce certain
documents and particulars to the Employer. As requested by the Union at that time, no deadline
was set for compliance with such order to permit the parties the opportunity to reach agreement
on an appropriate timeframe.
I have since been advised by the parties' representatives that the parties have agreed that
the Union must comply with the December 22, 2006 order to produce documents and particulars
no later than Friday January 26,2007. As requested, I so order.
I continue to retain jurisdiction in these matters.
