Decision
On consent of the parties, I Order as follows:
1. The Union will provide full and sufficient particulars to the Employer on or
before March 6,2007, failing which the grievance will be dismissed;
2. This matter will proceed to arbitration before Vice Chair Raymond on March
15,2007;
3. Upon receipt of the particulars, the Employer will reconsider the Union's
request to consolidate this grievance with the grievor's further grievance filed
January 23, 2007;
4. I will remain seized in the event that there are any issues arising from the
implementation or interpretation of this Order.
