DECISION
[1] Further to the conference call held in connection with this matter on March 22,
2018, the May 25, 2018 date set for the continuation of this matter will be used to
establish, either orally or in writing, the material facts that are not in dispute and
provide such facts to the Board. In addition, documents that the parties agree do
not need to be identified by a witness will be provided to the Board and marked
as exhibits. At the conclusion of the foregoing, the matter will be adjourned to
further dates yet to be set.
