Decision
[1] Hearing in this matter is scheduled to continue on November 30, 2018.
[2] The Union and the grievor are hereby directed to provide to the Employer full and
complete particulars in respect of all of the instant grievances not later than
October 12, 2018.
[3] Upon receipt of those particulars the Employer is directed to advise the Union not
later than November 9, 2018, as to what preliminary objections, if any, it intends to
advance when the hearing in this matter resumes.
