Decision
On consent of the parties, I Order the Grievor, Joe Gans, to provide the Union with written
confirmation of his intention to proceed with this grievance and to provide a signed consent for
the release of his medical file, to be submitted no later than December 5, 2007.
In the event that the Grievor fails to comply with this Order, the Employer may bring an
application to have the grievance dismissed.
