Decision
In full resolution of this grievance, the parties entered into a Memorandum of Settlement, which
included, inter alia, the following provision:
"The Ministry agrees to provide the Grievor with a lateral transfer to the Oshawa Youth
Justice Probation office at the first available permanent vacancy."
The parties further agreed that this term be issued as an order of the Board.
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, I hereby direct them to comply with the terms of
the paragraph set out above.
