Decision
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the union is hereby directed to
provide the employer with full particulars of its case not later than March 31, 2008.
Within the same time frame, the union is to prepare a draft Agreed Statement of Facts for
review by the employer. The employer is hereby directed to respond to those proposed
agreed facts not later than April 30, 2008. Hearing in the matter will continue on a date to
be fixed by the Registrar in consultation with the parties.
