Decision
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the union is hereby directed to
provide the employer with full particulars of its case not later than 30 days prior to the
next day of hearing in this matter. Should there be any issues regarding compliance with
this direction, a hearing will be convened via teleconference. The employer reserves the
right to argue that the grievance ought to be dismissed as a result of any such non-
compliance. Hearing in the matter will continue on a date to be fixed by the Registrar in
consultation with the parties.
