Decision
The employer is hereby directed to file a response to the union?s most recent request for
particulars, dated March 18, 2008. The response is to be delivered to the union and filed with the
Board not later than March 29, 2008. The parties should be in touch with the Registrar in the
event it is necessary to schedule a teleconference regarding the union?s production request.
