Decision
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, they are hereby directed as follows:
1. The employer is directed to disclose to the union the Local Overtime
Protocols or Directives (as the case may be) in place from June 2001 and
following in respect of the following institutions:
(a) Maplehurst
(b) CECC
(c) MWDC
(d) Vanier
(e) OCDC
(f) HWDC
(g) Brantford
(h) NDC
(i) EMDC and
(j) (without prejudice to any position the employer may take regarding
consolidation of grievances from CNCC) CNCC
2. The employer is directed to provide particulars with respect its position
regarding the effect of the Local Overtime Protocols or Directives on the
Provincial Agreement.
3. The union is directed to provide the employer with particulars from
individual grievors if their claim is other than an ?off the list? overtime
call claim.

The parties are directed to fully comply with the terms of this order not later than
May 26, 2008.
