Decision
[1] The first hearing date of this matter was held on April 23, 2019. The Parties
contacted the Grievance Settlement Board on April 24, 2019 seeking an order
for particulars to be provided in advance of the next scheduled hearing date,
June 7, 2019.
[2] In light of the request for production, the Employer is ordered to produce to the
Union the materials identified by the Parties as the “Appendixes to the Report”.
This disclosure is only to be used for purposes related to this proceeding.”
