Decision
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the employer is hereby directed to produce
the following documents to the union:
1.The attendance records for all classified, unclassified and agency court reporters;
and
2.The invoices for personal services (the SIN numbers and addresses of court
reporters are to be redacted).
The documents produced pursuant to the terms of this order are to be used only for the
purposes of these proceedings and are not to be shared with or disclosed to anyone outside that
process.
