Decision
Further to my decision of May 5, 2008 in this matter and having regard to the
subsequent employer submissions made on behalf of the parties, this will serve to clarify that the
documents ordered to be produced in my prior decision are restricted to those that pertain to
reporters at the 361 University court house. Further, the directed disclosure and production
relates only to the timeframe of Ms. Gareh?s grievances.
