[2] The June 28, 2019 hearing was convened by teleconference. Employer Counsel participated in the teleconference while in attendance at the Board’s offices, and advised during the teleconference that a representative of Toronto Police Service attended at the Board in response to the Summons, and presented to the Board the documents and materials described in the Summons. [3] After hearing and considering the submissions of Counsel, I order the Board to provide forthwith to Employer and Union Counsel copies of the documents and materials delivered to the Board by Toronto Police Service on June 28, 2019 in response to the Board’s June 24, 2019 Summons issued in these matters. [4] The Union reserves all rights with respect to positions it may take during the reconvened proceedings regarding the documents and materials presented to the Board by Toronto Police Service. [5] The hearing will continue as scheduled, and my jurisdiction in these matters is retained.
