Decision
A large number of grievances have been consolidated and set down for hearing together.
Counsel for the employer has asked for an order for particulars; the union does not object to this
request.
Accordingly, the union is directed to provide the employer with full written particulars of the
allegations of fact on which it intends to rely in these matters. The union?s particulars shall also
set out the remedies sought with respect to these grievances.
The union is further directed to deliver their particulars to the employer?s counsel by 5:00 pm on
August 18, 2008.
