Decision
1. A decision was issued in these matters on July 11, 2008.
2. This decision sets out the individuals who are required, and are hereby directed, to attend
and to remain in attendance during the second and third parts of the mediation-arbitration process
described in that decision (on July 21, July 23, and July 24, 08 from 10am to 6pm; on July 25,
2008 from 10am to 3:30pm; on each day from July 28 to August 1, 2008, from 9am to 6pm, or
such earlier or later time as I may direct):
