A number of the grievances were settled through that process. However, a few remained unresolved and therefore require a decision from this Board. In accordance with the agreement of the parties, decisions dealing with those grievances that were not resolved will be issued within a relatively short period of time after the actual mediation sessions and will be without reasons. Further, the decision is to be without prejudice and precedent. Connie Forsyth is a Youth Services Officer who filed a grievance that alleged the Employer violated the Collective Agreement by failing to provide her with overnight accommodation when taking a one day course in London. The grievor was unable to identify which provision of the Collective Agreement had been violated. In my view, there has been no contractual breach and for that reason the grievance is denied. th Dated at Toronto, this 7 day of August 2008. Felicity D. Briggs Vice-Chair
