Decision
Without prejudice to the parties' rights, the status quo regarding the leaves will
continue until August 15, 2008. Allyson Ayers will arrange meetings with those
grievors on leaves, with Lester Yearwood, to be held in the period August 11-15,
to review the grievors' individual situations with a view, if possible, to their
returning to work.
Further discussions will occur between counsel prior to August 15, if necessary
with me.
