Decision
Having considered the submissions of the parties, I hereby direct the employer to produce
the investigative report in this matter in its entirety, including those portions containing
references to the patient?s medical records, to the union. I note that the parties have agreed that
the identity of ?the patient? is not to be disclosed in any decision issuing in this matter.
