Decision
At the mediation on August 8, 2008 the parties were able to agree on the exchange of
information necessary to proceed to a hearing with the exception of certain medical documents.
It is hereby ordered that the Ministry provide to the Union any and all medical information in its
possession presently and that it might receive in the future concerning the death of an inmate on
thth
September 26 or 27, 2007 at the Thunder Bay Jail.
