Decision
[1] After hearing the submissions of the parties, I will allow the Union’s request for an
adjournment sine die.
[2] In order to minimise the impact of any prejudice to the Employer, the Union is ordered to
provide full particulars of the grievance within 90 days of today’s date.
[3] The parties will contact the Board after particulars are provided in order to set a hearing
date for some time after the Grievor has returned from her leave of absence.
[4] I will remain seized in the event that there are any further issues arising from the
implementation or interpretation of this decision.
