DECISION
[1] Having heard the submissions of the parties, I order the Union to provide full and
sufficient particulars to the Employer no later than February 29, 2020. Detailed
particulars are to be provided for all of the individuals who wish to pursue their
grievance.
[2] I will remain seized in the event that there are any issues arising from the
interpretation or implementation of this Order.
