Decision
[1] This grievance came before me under s.22.16 of the Collective Agreement and
was scheduled as a mediation that took place on February 6, 2020.
[2] The grievance was not settled at mediation and the parties agreed to hold a an
additional mediation/arbitration date on the merits on October 1, 2020.
[3] At least two months before the hearing, the Union shall provide a summary of
particulars and any request for production from the Employer, with a copy the
GSB. The Employer shall respond to any particulars raised by the Union and
provide disclosure of any requests for production within 15 days of receiving the
Union’s requests.
[4] This matter is scheduled to continue on October 1, 2020.
