Decision
[1] In the circumstances of this case I direct the employer to disclose to the union
the following documents:
a) Copies of the log of all access to Ms Obeyesekere?s WIN records, as well
as copies of all changes to the WIN records and all information about
changes made to her WIN records from the period July 1, 2007, until January
9, 2008, including who made the changes and when.
b) All emails, memos, other correspondence or documents related to Ms.
Obeyesekere?s pay and position from the beginning of June, 2007, until
January 9, 2008.
[2] These documents are to be provided to the union within thirty days from the date
of this decision unless the parties agree otherwise.
[3] I will remain seized in the event that the parties have any difficulties with the
interpretation or implementation of this decision.
[4] After the disclosure is provided the parties shall advise the Registrar as to
whether or not it is necessary to schedule additional hearing dates in this matter.
