Decision
[1]In the Board's decision of August 11, 2008, setting out the parties' agreed objectives,
reference is made to a review meeting to take place on May 13 and 14, 2009.
[2]The parties have concluded that the holding of the review meeting on those dates will be
premature. They have requested that the dates be adjourned sine die. I am persuaded,
and I so direct, that the review meeting be postponed to dates yet to be determined when
the Coordinating Committee, established under the August 11, 2008 decision, will be in a
position to report fully to the review meeting.
