DECISION
[1] This matter is a grievance filed by Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union
(OPSEU) on behalf of Arnold Lafave. I hereby confirm the following order made
today at the hearing of this matter conducted by way of teleconference:
OPSEU is hereby ordered to provide the Employer with full
particulars of all alleged facts upon which it relies in support of this
grievance no later than February 26, 2021.
