On or before March 12, 2021, the Employer shall provide to the Union production and particulars on the issues for which the Employer has the onus (i.e. discipline and abandonment). At the same time, the Employer shall also make any request for production related to issues on which the Employer has the onus. 2. On or before April 9, 2021, the Union shall provide to the Employer responding production and particulars on the issues for which the Employer has the onus and also production and particulars on the issues for which the Union has the onus (i.e. harassment, discrimination and screening out). At the same time, the Union shall also make any request for production related to issues on which the Union has the onus. 3. On or before May 7, 2021, the Employer shall provide the Union with production on any issues for which the Union has the onus. At the same time, the Employer shall also give the Union notice of any preliminary issues it intends to raise at the next scheduled hearing date for this matter, being June 4, 2021.
