DECISION
[1]Mediation-arbitration was held on May 15, 2009 in Hamilton, Ontario with
respect to an individual grievance filed by Ms. Sylvia Difederico.
[2] Mediation did not result in a resolution of the grievance and the parties
requested that a hearing be scheduled for arbitration. At this point employer
counsel requested that the Board order the union to provide particulars.
This request was not opposed.
[3] Accordingly the union is hereby ordered to provide the employer with
particulars, setting out the violations of the collective agreement and/or
legislation alleged, and how, when, and by whom, each such alleged
violation was committed. These particulars are to be provided at least one
month in advance of the hearing date which will be scheduled by the
Registrar.
[4] I remain seized of the grievance.
