[1]On consent of the parties, I order the Employer to provide the Union with the following:
a.A complete, unredacted copy of the Final Report of the Ontario Internal Audit
Division prepared by Paula Delano, dated May 2, 2008;
b.All attachments to the above noted report, including, but not limited to, the
attachment pertaining to the terms and conditions of the grievor?s temporary
absence permit from Maplehurst Correctional Complex, dated January 23, 2008.
