ORDER
[1] Having regard to the submissions of the parties, I hereby direct the employer to
provide a copy of the Investigator’s Report dated April 16, 2019, to union counsel.
[2] Union counsel may forward a copy of the report to the local union officials, namely
Jeremy Verdiel and Len Sedore.
[3] These three recipients of the report are hereby directed to maintain strict
confidentiality with respect to these reports. The reports and their contents are not to be
shared with anyone else and these reports are to be used by the recipients only for the
purposes of preparing for the instant litigation and for no other purpose.
