DECISION
[1] This decision is issued in accordance with Article 22.16 of the collective
agreement, and is without precedent. The parties agreed to proceed on the basis
of representations and submissions and have requested a decision without
reasons.
[2] The Grievor claims an overtime premium of 50% for hours worked on September
13, 2020.
[3] Having considered the representations of the parties, the grievance is
allowed. The Employer is directed to pay the Grievor an overtime premium of 50%
for hours worked on September 13, 2020.
