DECISION
[1] On consent of the parties, I make the following Order:
- The Grievor shall, forthwith, disclose to the Employer, all materials in
her possession regarding her Workers Safety and Insurance Board
files, including any appeals or intents to object that have been filed;
- The Employer shall, forthwith, disclose to the Grievor, its entire Workers
Safety and Insurance Board file(s) regarding the Grievor.
