Decision
[1]The grievor filed a grievance dated February 12, 2007 alleging various violations of
the collective agreement.
[2]Proceedings in this matter commenced on October 20, 2008 and continued on March
3, 2009 and July 10, 2009. Hearing days were devoted to both mediation and formal
arbitration.
[3]Having regard to the joint submission of the parties and the evidence I have heard
thus far, I hereby direct the employer to pay the grievor the (net) sum of $5000.00 as full
and final settlement of all of the claims hitherto asserted in the grievance.
