Decision
[1]Having considered the submissions of the parties on January 8, 2010, with respect to how
this proceeding might be expedited, I hereby order as follows:
a)The Unions will provide a response to the general and position
related proposed agreed facts prepared by the Employer by January 20,
2010, putting forth any proposed changes.
b)The Employer will provide additional position related proposed
agreed facts including relevant documentation by January 29,
2010.
c)The Unions will respond to the additional proposed agreed facts no later
than February 12, 2010, putting forth any proposed changes.
[2]In the event that the parties experience any difficulty in ensuring that this matter is ready
to proceed on the next scheduled hearing date, at the request of any party the matter can be
addressed with me in a conference call.
