Decision
[1] Further to the order of the Board in the decision dated January II, 2010
and the parties' submissions:regarding the necessmy production in these
proceedings, I hereby order as follows:
a) the Parties will attempt to ident:i:JY from training materials and other
documents anonymized examples of the relevant documents identified by
the Parties in the Agreed Statement;
b) if the Parties are unable to ident:i:JY examples as outlined in paragraph
(a), the Employer will ident:i:JY and disclose copies of examples of relevant
documents from the client :files maintained by the Employer, including
screen shots of information from the applicable databases maintained in
relation to those :files;
c) All documents disclosed pursuant to paragraph (b) are to be anonymized
as much as possible and are to be maintained in a secure fashion in
order to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of the documents.
