Decision
[1] I have before me a number of grievances filed on behalf of Ms. M. Karpenko. At
the most recent hearing, the Employer raised an issue about the particulars filed by the
Union relating to harassment as set out in paragraph 21 of Union counsel’s letter dated
March 16, 2022. Having heard from counsel on this matter, I hereby make the following
directions:
(1) Given the lack of detail on the items referred to in paragraph 21, particularly
with respect to timing, the Union is directed to provide more details about the
matters referred to in paragraph 21 by no later than May 6, 2022.
(2) The Union is also directed to provide to the Employer by no later than May 6,
2022, any additional particulars relating to its harassment claim or to confirm that
there are no further particulars to be filed relating to its harassment claim.
