DECISION
[1] The Employer has requested an order that any grievors to this matter who do not
respond to the Union’s request for information by Wednesday, July 6, 2022 will have
their grievance dismissed. As the Union has not opposed such an order, the order is
being granted by the Grievance Settlement Board.
