[2]Counsel for the Union stated that the Union was diligently working on the particulars, but that, given the number of employees involved (in excess of 400), the task was time- consuming and difficult. The Employer opposed the request. [3]As stated during the conference call, the Union?s request for the extension is granted. The Union provided valid reasons for its request. As noted in paragraph 3 of the Board?s March 11, 2010 decision, the original time frame provided a ?relatively brief timeline for compliance.? [4]The Union is to make its best efforts to complete the required particulars by May 17, 2010. [5]The hearing in this matter will continue on June 2, 2010. th Dated at Toronto this 11 day of May 2010. Randi H. Abramsky, Vice-Chair
