The grievance dated April 2, 2009 relates to the Sudbury Region and the one dated June 8, 2009, pertains to Thunder Bay. [2] Having regard to the agreement of the parties at the hearing at Toronto on May 4, 2010, I hereby make the following order: (1) The Employer is ordered to produce all arguably relevant documentation concerning this matter to Union counsel not later than June 30, 2010. The parties may agree on consent to extend this deadline. (2)The material produced, including any confidential material, is to be used only for purposes related to this proceeding. (3)The parties are to continue to confer with respect to determining the categories of documents which are arguably relevant for production. Any issue concerning the production of particular documents or categories of documents, including any question of privilege, will be dealt with by teleconference by Vice Chair Ken Petryshen if the parties are unable to agree. th Dated at Toronto this 5 day of May 2010.
