Decision
[1] Having regard to the agreement of the parties, my Order dated July 6, 2021 is
hereby amended to include Lori Clement and Miranda Mullally as union officials to
whom union counsel may, subject to the conditions set out in paragraph 3 of the
Order, forward a copy of the Investigator’s Report dated April 16, 2019.
