Decision
[1] A dispute arose between the Parties with respect to a portion of the compensation
owing to the Grievor as a result of his reinstatement to employment, pursuant to the
GSB decision issued on February 28, 2022.
[2] Having regard to the evidence placed before me, and having heard the submissions
of the Parties, I order the Employer to pay to the Grievor a further $21,628.64 within
ninety (90) days of the date of this decision.
