Decision
[1] This is an order requiring that the parties provide each other with full production
in advance of the deadlines set out below.
[2] The Union shall provide full production to the Employer, including any medical
documentation the grievors intend to rely on, no later than Dec 31, 2023.
[3] The Employer shall provide full production to the Union no later than February
23, 2024.
[4] The parties shall identify and raise any outstanding concerns with respect to
production and particulars by May 1, 2024.
