This Board was convened on Monday, May 3, 1976 to hear the
grievance of Mr. W. Walker concerning the filing, by the employer,
of certain vacancies in the Ministry. At the hearing, after
recessing to allow the parties an opportunity to discuss this matter,
Mr. Bradbury, for the grievor, advised the Board that the particular
grievances before us were being withdrawn. Accordingly this Board
having no further jurisdiction in this matter ordered that these
proceedings be terminated.
