In the grievance which she filed with this Board,
Mrs. A. Giardino grieves that she was, as a Clerk-Typist 2,
*improperly classified. According to her, and by this grievance,
she claimed that she should have been classified as a
Clerk-Typist 3.
After an opening statement by the parties, it was agreed
to adjourn the hearing in order to facilitate discussions between
them with respect to the possible settlement of this matter. As
a result of those discussions, and with the assistance of this
Board, the parties were able to reach a mutually satisfactory
resolution of this matter. In the result, and pursuant to the
terms of the settlement agreed to by the parties, the proceedings
in this matter are hereby terminated.
