In the grievance filed before this Board the Union claimed
that the employer had violated article 77 of the collective agreement.
At the outset of the hearing the parties requested a recess in the
proceedings, at the conclusion of which they advised the Board that
they had been able to settle the issue between them. Accordingly
and pursuant to the terms of settlement agreed to by the parties.
the proceedings in this matter are hereby terminated.
