On August 31, 1977 the Grievance Settlement Board adjourned
its hearing of a grievance entered into by Mr. Frank Barnfield
concerning discipline for not wearing safety boots as required by
' the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
The Ontario Public Service Employees Union has notified the
Board that Mr. Barnfield's grievance has been settled and that
there is no longer any need for any further action by the Board
in this matter. /----;
