Temple Ministry of Natural Resources 1401 Whitney Block Queen's Park, Toronto Grievor -2- This is a grievance by Frank Turner, an employee of the Ministry of Natural Resources dated August 17, 1977 alleging that a certain penalty imposed upon him as a result of the Ministry's investigation dated July 7, 1977 at Wawa, Ontario was unjust and unwarranted. A hearing was held by the Board on February 13, 1978. The evidence could not be completed that day. The matter was adjourned at the request of Counsel for the grievor to May 31, 1978 for continuation. A few days prior to the hearing date on May 31, 1978, the parties advised the Registrar that they had resolved the grievance and that it would not be necessary for there to be a continuation of the hearing as scheduled. By letter dated May 26, 1978, Counsel for the grievor, advised the Chairman of the Board of the settlement, one of its terms being that the grievor had agreed to withdraw the grievance. This Board accordingly orders that leave be granted to the grievor to withdraw the grievance as requested. DATED at Toronto the 7th day of June, 1978. (P. John Brunner) P.
