SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION
However, it is the view of this Board that
these procedures did not constitute a defeat in the
process sufficient to invalidate the competition.
Therefore, it is the decision of this Board that there
has been no violation of the Collective Agreement and
the grievance is hereby dismissed.
