DECISION _
The gr.ievance'of Mr:. Peter J.C. Reeves,
a Property Assessor 3 employed with the Ministry of
Revenue, came on for hearing on-May 13, 1981. The re-
presentatives of the parties-explained the nature of
the case and ,Mr. Richards;on' behalf of the griever;' : '-
stated that after consideration and discussion the same
morning,and in the previous evening, it was agreed the ..
grievance is one that should be withdrawn from'arbitra- .~ ; ,. tidn, and.he requested a decision accordingly from the
Board. Mr. Gordon concurred with the request. .Without
expressing any opinion onthe merits of the matter, the
Board is pleased to give effect to the wishes of the
parties. ..It is so recorded.and=the arbitration. file in
