HEARING: --- November 13, 1987
DECISION
Having regard to the evidence and to the submissions of the parties and for
the reasons given orally at the hearing, the letter dated December 12,
1979, which was sent to the griever, shall be amended by deleting the 3rd
paragraph thereof commencing with the words “It is also,evident” and ending
“are prohibited”.
In all other respects the grievance is dismissed.
